Important Notes for Nomination Form Submission:

• Please select the appropriate tuition category for students according to the terms of the bilateral exchange agreement and the allocated quotas. (Self-funded students from partner universities will be charged according to local student rates; self-funded students from non-partner universities will be charged according to international student rates.)
• Please ensure all information is entered in Traditional Chinese characters. Special attention should be given to converting names from Simplified to Traditional Chinese, as this will affect the issuance of official documents.
• Kindly ask the responsible faculty/staff to verify that all student information is accurate and complete (including department/year, name, gender, and email).
